Who We Are

One Practice. Two Specialized Teams.

Sunny Pediatric Services brings together our two beloved practices โ€” Sunny Speech and Sunny Baby Services โ€” under one roof. We are proud to offer a comprehensive team of therapists, including Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), Speech Therapy (ST), and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) services, all working collaboratively to support infants and young children.
Conveniently located in Midtown Tallahassee, we also offer home and daycare visits to provide therapy in the environments where children are most comfortable and learning naturally. Our team approach ensures coordinated, family-centered care tailored to each childโ€™s unique needs.

Answers for Worried Parents of Newborns

Is your baby struggling to feed, fussier than expected, or not hitting milestones? You’re not alone โ€” and we can help.

๐Ÿผ What do infant feeding difficulties look like?

Trouble latching, fussiness at the breast, not gaining weight, milk leaking from sides of the lips, clicking while drinking, or reflux can all indicate a feeding difficulty that is treatable.

๐Ÿ˜ข What is baby colic?

Colic means crying for 3+ hours, 3+ days a week in an otherwise healthy baby. It’s often caused by poor latch or excessive gas โ€” and it can be assessed and treated by our team.

๐Ÿคธ What do motor delays look like?

By 2 months โ€” head control. By 4 months โ€” rolling. By 6 months โ€” sitting. By 8 months โ€” crawling. Torticollis and plagiocephaly are also treatable with early PT.

๐Ÿ‘„ What is tongue-tie therapy?

Before a tongue-tie release, babies need therapy to learn how to use their oral muscles. We specialize in pre- and post-tie release therapy for infants.
